Terms of Service

These Terms describe the expected rules for using Aiza. They are written for product readiness and require qualified legal review before external launch. Aiza is operated by Aiza AI Inc.

Use of Aiza

Aiza provides an AI-supported learning experience that can help learners turn accepted curriculum materials into guided lessons, practice, progress, and feedback. Aiza may change, add, pause, or remove features as the product evolves.

Aiza is for educational support. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or emergency advice.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting access to their account. Account sharing, impersonation, bypassing access controls, or using another person's account is not allowed.

Adult account owners, parents, guardians, teachers, supervisors, schools, programs, and admins may have different permissions depending on their role.

Learners, Minors, and Supervision

Aiza supports high-school, university, young-adult, adult, career/skill, school/program, and supported minor learners. Where a learner is a minor, the learner must use Aiza under an appropriate parent, guardian, teacher, supervisor, school, or program consent and oversight model.

Minor learners never transact. Billing, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, and payment-method management belong to an adult account owner or authorized institution.

Uploaded Curriculum and User Content

Users should upload or submit only curriculum files, lesson materials, prompts, responses, and other content they are allowed to provide to Aiza. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless a surface specifically asks for it and it is needed for the learning flow.

User-provided materials remain the user's content. Users grant Aiza a limited permission to process that content to operate, personalize, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Educational Content

Aiza uses AI to explain, personalize, summarize, generate practice, and provide feedback. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Users should verify important answers, and learners should ask a trusted adult, teacher, or supervisor when something seems unsafe, confusing, or high-stakes.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use Aiza to:

• harm, harass, exploit, or endanger anyone, especially minors;
• submit unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsafe material;
• bypass safety, supervision, payment, or access controls;
• extract prompts, reverse engineer the service, attack the service, or scrape content;
• use Aiza outputs for credential, licensing, legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without qualified human review.

Intellectual Property

The Aiza name, brand, software, interfaces, generated product assets, and Aiza-created content are owned by or licensed to Aiza AI Inc.. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Aiza for permitted learning and supervision purposes.

Aiza does not claim ownership of user-uploaded curriculum or user-provided learning materials solely because they are submitted to the service.

Suspension and Termination

Aiza may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates safety risk, attempts abuse, or uses the service unlawfully. Where reasonable, Aiza will provide notice; urgent safety or security risks may require immediate action.

Disclaimers and Liability

Aiza is provided on an as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot be limited by applicable law. Aiza does not guarantee that AI output, generated lessons, progress estimates, or personalized recommendations will be error-free or fit every learner's needs.

Any limitation-of-liability language must be finalized by qualified counsel before external launch, especially for consumer, education, and minor-user contexts.
