Privacy Policy
Privacy disclosure for Aiza account, learner, uploaded curriculum, progress, AI interaction, support, safety, analytics, and provider data practices.
This Privacy Policy explains the expected information practices for Aiza. It is a product-readiness disclosure and requires qualified privacy/legal review before external launch. Aiza is operated by Aiza AI Inc.
Information Users Provide
Aiza may collect account identifiers, authentication information, display names, role information, onboarding answers, support messages, and information users choose to provide during learning.
Aiza is designed to avoid collecting date of birth, home address, school name, phone number, government identifiers, payment details from learners, or other unnecessary personal information unless a real reviewed flow requires it.
Uploaded Curriculum and Materials
When users upload curriculum, notes, assignments, readings, or other learning materials, Aiza may process those files to validate them, structure them, personalize lessons, generate practice, and support safe tutoring.
Users should avoid uploading private, unsafe, unrelated, or sensitive material that is not needed for learning.
Learner Profile, Preferences, and Progress
Aiza may use learner interests, learning context, lesson answers, progress signals, mastery signals, preferences, accessibility settings, and session history to personalize the learning experience and show progress.
Progress data is for the learner and authorized supervising adults or institutions where their role requires visibility. Minor learner billing data is not collected in learner practice surfaces.
AI Interaction Data
Aiza may process typed messages, selected choices, lesson responses, AI replies, hints, timing signals, and feedback to operate the tutoring flow, preserve learning history, improve safety, debug product issues, and personalize future lessons.
Voice, audio, or video data must be optional, consented to, and governed by specific retention and safety rules before external launch.
How Aiza Uses Information
- to authenticate users and route them to the right product surface;
- to generate and personalize curriculum-grounded lessons and feedback;
- to preserve learner progress and session continuity;
- to maintain safety, security, abuse prevention, and support workflows;
- to operate first-party analytics in aggregate or privacy-minimized form;
- to improve product reliability and learning quality without advertising profiling.
Children, Teens, Parents, Schools, and Supervisors
Where a learner is a minor, Aiza applies heightened privacy protections. Consent, supervision, rights requests, and safety escalations should flow through a parent, guardian, teacher, supervisor, school, or authorized program owner as appropriate.
Aiza does not sell personal information, does not run advertising profiles, and does not target marketing to minors.
Service Providers and AI Providers
Aiza may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments for adult account owners, AI processing, logging, support, security, and analytics. Providers should receive only the data needed to perform their role and must be reviewed before external user data is shared.
The final provider/subprocessor list, data residency posture, and cross-border transfer language require launch review and should not expose internal secrets, account identifiers, API keys, or infrastructure credentials.
Retention, Choices, and Rights
Retention periods must be finalized before launch. As a conservative posture, Aiza should keep personal information only as long as needed for the learning service, safety, legal obligations, support, and account administration.
Users or supervising adults can ask for help with access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or privacy questions by contacting support@aiza-ai.com.
Security
Aiza uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the product stage, including authenticated sessions, access controls, redaction practices, and secure handling of provider credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
