Aiza Materials
The Aiza name, brand, logo assets, software, interface designs, product documentation, Aiza-created curriculum materials, generated product assets, and other Aiza materials are owned by or licensed to Aiza AI Inc..
User-Provided Materials
Users retain rights they already have in curriculum files, notes, prompts, responses, and other materials they provide. Submitting materials to Aiza gives Aiza limited permission to process them to operate, personalize, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
AI Outputs
Aiza-generated educational output is provided for learning support. Ownership, reuse, and attribution rules for AI-assisted content require qualified legal review before external launch and before any public publishing or commercial redistribution workflow is introduced.
Trademark Status
Aiza uses the Aiza brand in product and company materials. Trademark clearance or registration claims should not be made unless legal records are updated to support them.
